Make time for exercise, it will lengthen your life and give you more energy to do all you need to. Besides, an hour to yourself will give you time to think, plan and reflect. Don't talk about it do it. Once you lose your weight exercise allows you to eat normally without weight gain. For me the biggest obstacle was taking the time for me and getting it through to my family that I would tend to their needs once I did my workout. Of course when I come in from a jog everyone has a list of wants and questions. Good luck and good sweating.

Some people have low blood sugar and need to eat more often. Some people are prone to moving more they have more energy in their body. Some people are more relaxed. So it is a combination of your body chemistry how you process food digest and process doing work outs and your genetics and what lifestyle you are attracted to and want and are able to lead. If you take antidepressants or chemicals into your system you are waiting to gain weight due to the chemicals and artifical substances. So you need to be aware people have circumstances and sometimes just are built different. Everyone isn't the same or meant to be Barbie. It isnt' easy to be measured by that standard all the time when your body isn't designed to look that way. Be you.
