Weight loss takes time. Eat healthy food, avoid high fat and calorie food. Excersise..... Keep it going every single day, eventually the fat will melt away.

Ok beleve me or not i lost weight by not drinking energy drinks i drank one to three everyday so it was hard to stop but i lost 10 pounds by working out and stop drinking monster
