There are no studies to suggest that eating more frequently has any affect on your metabolism. Eat 3 meals a day or 6 or even 1, just make sure you meet all your caloric requirements. No where in this article have I seen any scientific basis for the claims that have been made, and this is further justified by the absence of any references to any studies or research.

this couldnt be more true.ihave personaly followed this as several of family members and friends have and it works.tter than any diet and you dont have to take any just cant be lazy and you have to follow it right and get exersize or it dont work as well.this realy works.............
